So I've been using this shitty public net
for the past week or so, and it has a ridiculous filter that prevents me
from logging into League of Legends. However, through intense
concentration and inginuity, i've circumvented this filter via two
programs and a friendly guide on the European LoL forums, which can be

TLDR version: you just have to use an HTTP-Tunnel client in
tandem with Proxycap and redirect three executables through 127.0.0.1
via port 1080 nbd story over.
